Irwin's

Ingredients

• 4 slices Irwin’s Nutty Krust
• 1 boiled ham shank (fat removed and sliced)
• A good butcher will supply these pre-cooked.
• 50g Cheddar cheese
• 20g butter

Method

Preheat sandwich toaster. Butter bread on the
outside of the sandwich to prevent sticking to
toaster.

Fill sandwich with a layer of ham and plenty of
cheese then toast until crispy and golden. Serve
with a green salad. A crispy, crunchy, cheesy
mouthful of heaven!
