Monday to Thursday 05:30 to 12:30
Reporting to the Hygiene Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for working as part of the hygiene team to ensure that the bakery premises, machinery and equipment are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness.
Knowledge and skills required:
A minimum of 2 years experience of working in a food manufacturing environment.
Previous experience in a similar position desirable
COSHH training desirable
Basic numeracy and literacy skills essential
Ability to work within a team or unaccompanied
Working knowledge of basic health, safety and food hygiene
Ability to follow work instructions
