Accounts Administrator (Maternity Cover)

The post–holder will assist the credit controller in management of a sizeable customer base to ensure customer queries are dealt with on a timely basis and Debtor days are kept within acceptable levels.

Key Skills Required:

  • Demonstrated experience in a busy office environment
  • Proven high level of computer skills, including excel
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Deal with customers on the telephone in a polite and helpful manner.

Key Tasks      

  • Cash Allocation to Customer Accounts.
  • Customer query resolution for key Customers / Customer Groups
  • Processing Customer Retro / Cash Settlement Discounts   
  • Dealing with Customer Returns
  • Posting out customer invoices
  • Emailing and posting customer monthly statements
  • Using customer portals
  • Plus any other duties as required by management
