Irwin's

Ingredients

• 4 slices of thick cooked ham
• 8 slices of Irwin’s Thick Softee bread
• 160g grated cheddar cheese
• 80g creamed cheese

Method

Preheat the grill and toast bread on both sides.
To make each sandwich spread one slice with
creamed cheese, place ham on top and a little
sprinkle of cheddar on top of the ham. Add the
other slice of toast and cover with cheddar.

Place sandwich on wire rack and grill until golden
brown and bubbling. This can be served hot or
cold. Goes fantastic with a strong cup of fresh
ground coffee.
