Open to NI residents aged 18+ only excluding employees and their immediate families of the promoter, its subsidiaries, other group companies, its agents, or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
Closing date for refunds is 31.03.19.

Any claims without receipts will be considered void.
A cheque made payable to the name of the claimant will be sent within 21 calendar days from receipt of claim, by second class post, to the full value of Irwin's Wheaten Bread purchased, as highlighted in the accompanying receipt. Maximum value of refund will be £1.50.

The decision of the promoter is final and binding. No other correspondence shall be entered into
Any attempt to copy, alter, deface any receipt or in any other ways fraudulently claim a refund to which you are not entitled will result in all such claims being invalidated.
The money-back offer does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
The promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion's entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion.
If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the promoter may in its sole discretion modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries/claims. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the promoter and which prevents the promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit in any way the promoter and its associated agencies and companies' liability for death or personal injury caused by their negligence. Subject to that the promoter and its associated agencies and companies, shall have no liability for any delay and/or failure to perform any obligation to entrants that is caused by: (a) technical problems of any kind which may limit or prevent any person's participation in the promotion; (b) any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the allocation of the rewards; and /or (c) any act or omission of any third party.
If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
Failure by the promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of these rights.
Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on Northern Irish law and the courts of Northern Ireland will have exclusive jurisdiction.
