The post–holder will assist the credit controller in management of a sizeable customer base to ensure customer queries are dealt with on a timely basis and Debtor days are kept within acceptable levels.

Demonstrated experience in a busy office environment
Proven high level of computer skills, including excel
Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Deal with customers on the telephone in a polite and helpful manner
Cash Allocation to Customer Accounts.
Customer query resolution for key Customers / Customer Groups
