In fact, we’ve already cut our road miles by a million and switched to gas-burning ovens, cutting our energy use by 15% a year. And we’re not stopping there.

Inside the bakery, we’re proud to be a zero landfill site, with team-led programmes that recycle everything we can — even reusing paper to reduce waste. Our water usage is carefully managed too, helping us stay compliant and sustainable across the board.
