IRWIN'S TRADITIONAL SODA FARLS

Ingredients:
Soda Farls (sliced)
Diced red and green pepper
Sliced pepperoni
Grated cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
Pineapple chunks
Salad garnish
Slice the soda farl horizontally in half and butter lightly. Top with sliced pepperoni, diced red and green pepper and pineapple. Grate cheese and sprinkle over the dressed soda farl; place under a hot grill until cheese has melted and lightly browned. Serve immediately with a side salad.
